Kelvin Page President
Originally from White Cloud, Michigan, Kelvin Page and his family came to Tennessee in the early 80’s to pursue a degree in Christian Education from Lee College (now Lee University). After graduating from Lee, he continued his education to receive a Master of Arts degree in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Pastoral Counseling from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary. Before moving back to Cleveland in August 2000, he served as lead pastor in Princeton, North Carolina, Denver, Colorado, and at the Kinser Church of God in Cleveland. While he has served faithfully for several years on state and international ministry boards of the Church of God, he currently serves on the State Council of the Churches of God in Tennessee, the Church of God International Council of 18, the Church of God Benefits Board, the European Theological Seminary Board, and the Church of God International Care Board, as well as locally the Legacy Village of Cleveland Board and the Real Life Campus Development Board (adult autism care campus). After serving on the board of directors for several years, in addition to lead pastor at the Westmore Church, he was named President of Operation Compassion (“OC”) in 2020. OC is a 501(c)(3) caring for those affected by crisis, both internationally, and here at home by providing essential goods and assistance to communities in need. He and his wife Debbie have three sons. Their oldest son, Shane and youngest son, John, and their families live in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Their second son, Kyle, and his family live in Cleveland. In addition to love for his family, he is an avid lover of sports and athletic events. Pastor Kelvin has served as the Lead Pastor of the Westmore Church of God in Cleveland since 2000. Under the leadership of Pastor Kelvin, Westmore purchased the former Rolling Hills Golf Course with the vision of Westmore becoming a stronger inter-generational church. The Inter-generational Westmore campus includes the ministries of the Legacy Village of Cleveland, Heritage Place Active Adult Housing, the Inter-Generational Ministry Center and Worship Facility, Westmore Student Center, and the Administration Building. Pastor Kelvin has a big vision to transform our community and our world through inter-generational ministry and outreach – as he often says, “from across the street to across the sea”. Some of Pastor Kelvin’s other passions in ministry for Westmore include ministry development, community development, people development, and the development of pastors and young leaders.
